The 60-in (152-cm) Heavy-Duty Rotary Broom is mounted using either a front quick-hitch or a front 3-point hitch. Both hitch systems feature fast and tool-free installation, removal, and the ability to share the broom’s hitch with a front blade or snow blower.

1-Series Tractor owners can install a 60-in. (152-cm) Heavy-Duty Rotary Broom using a front quick-hitch or a front 3-point hitch.
A front quick-hitch mounting is recommended for:
- Users who plan to swap between the broom and a front blade since 1-Series models are compatible with quick-hitch front blades but not compatible with the 366 Front Blade.
- Cost-sensitive users who want to swap the broom with a quick-hitch snow blower.
A front 3-point hitch mounting is recommended for users who wish to swap a rotary broom with a heavy-duty snow blower

Front quick-hitch works with a variety of implements
The broom slips over and locks into the front quick-hitch with attached snap pins:
- Fast and easy installation with no tools or loose parts
- Same hitch is used for blade, broom, snow blower, and snow thrower
Lever-lock pins and stands help keep broom level when hooking up. They are also used to keep broom weight off of bristles when storing the unit.

Front 3-point hitch works with a variety of implements
The front 3-point hitch is designed to be a robust solution to mount front implements. The design is commonplace in Europe, where the majority of tractors are sold with a front 3-point hitch.
Advantages of a front 3-point hitch over a front quick-hitch include:
- Robust construction designed for added strength and longer life than a quick-hitch.
- Higher lift heights that increase maneuverability around uneven sidewalks and curbs.
- Faster implement changes as portions of the front 3-point hitch can remain on the tractor when a loader or mid-mount mower deck is installed.
- Only the A-frame, lower draft arms, and top link need to be removed for a loader.
- Only the A-frame, lower draft arms, and front PTO needs to be removed for a mid-mount mower.
- Quick-release pins simplify removal of the A-frame, draft arms, and top link.
- The A-frame adapter allows for tool-free, quick change between implements.
- The A-frame adapter is an industry standard with which other implement manufacturers design interfaces.
- A front 3-point hitch can be shared with a Heavy-Duty Snow Blower, 60-in. (152-cm) Heavy-Duty Rotary Broom, and 366 Front Blade.
- The 366 Front Blade is not compatible with 1E 23, 1M 25, 1R 25, 1023E, 1025R, 1026R, and model year 2017 and newer 2025R Compact Utility Tractors.
